Volunteer

As a volunteer at The Hope Center (THC), your effort will contribute toward reaching and developing urban youth into leaders in the classroom, in their community, and in the kingdom of God.

We invite you to invest your time, knowledge, and gifts into our youth, where relationships and experiences can greatly influencetheir lives.

Donate

Hope donors give specifically to projects that support safety initiatives, beautification of our neighborhood, sponsorship of sports teams and enhancement of recreational venues, maintenance, and entrepreneurial initiatives for economic and human development.

Afterschool Programs

Our bible-based after-school programs help promote positive self-identity, character and leadership development, and growth as disciples of Christ. Volunteers can help once a week in these programs by serving food, building relationships with the youth, and help facilitate activities.

Keep up with all our fun events happening every month. Better yet, join in the fun. Our events are designed to serve the community in a dynamic way. We also use these events to build new relationships and strengthen the ones that we've already established.

Hope Projects

Donors give specifically to projects that support safety initiatives, beautification of neighborhood campus, sponsorship of sports teams and enhancements of recreational venues, maintenance, and entrepreneurship initiatives for economic and human development.

Hope Investors

The Hope Center needs individuals whose passion, vision, mission or charitable plan aligns with the work of the Hope Center.

Such philanthropic investors will contribute to change the socio-ecosystems for greater sustainability, health, and growth in the way people live, love, lead, and work on Kansas City's Eastside.

Hope Programs

Giving monthly or a one-time gift towards the asset-based development of pre-school, elementary, middle-school, high-school and families.

Your investment contributes to the wholistic growth (Luke 2:52) of each person entrusted to the Hope Center.

Our goal is to provide transformational skills and unique opportunities for children, youth and families to flourish.
